Delivery Information
At Riverobes.com, we strive to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing before your item is dispatched for delivery.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): FREE on orders over £50. A charge of £3.99 applies to orders under £50.
- Next Day Delivery (1 Working Day): £5.99. Order before 2 PM for next-day dispatch. Subject to product availability. Please note this is a dispatch guarantee, not a delivery guarantee, though most parcels arrive the next day.
- Saturday Delivery: £7.99. Available if ordered before 2 PM on Friday.
International Delivery
We are delighted to offer international delivery to select destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country.
- European Union (5-10 Working Days): £9.99
- Rest of World (7-14 Working Days): £14.99
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Riverobes.com has no control over these charges.
Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on our website or the courier’s site.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Riverobes purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account on Riverobes.com and visit the ‘Order History’ section.
- Select the relevant order and click ‘Start Return’.
- Follow the instructions to generate your returns note and pre-paid returns label.
- Securely package the items, ensuring they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Attach the returns label and drop your package at a designated drop-off point.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Please note that the cost of the original outbound delivery is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty:
- Face masks
- Hosiery
- Earrings
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a full refund, including delivery charges, or arrange for an exchange. Please provide your order number and photos of the fault or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on Riverobes.com.
